What Stave provides
Stave is an information and collection-management app for bourbon enthusiasts. Stave does not sell, ship, broker, or facilitate the purchase of alcohol. It may show community reports, verified-store announcements, inventory updates, lottery information, and official TTB label approvals as informational context. You are responsible for complying with applicable age, licensing, transportation, and alcohol laws and for confirming current bottle, store, and retailer information before acting.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials and authentication codes private, use accurate account information, and promptly contact us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity from your account where permitted by law.
Market, store, and approval information
Prices, auction results, store information, sightings, availability, release dates, TTB label approvals, recommendations, and Fair Hunt Price estimates are informational only. They can change, may be incomplete, and are not an offer, appraisal, investment advice, legal advice, or a guaranteed resale value. A TTB label approval is not a release date or availability promise. Confirm a bottle, price, and store information yourself before acting.
Your content and community spaces
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Stave the limited right to host, process, review, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate, improve, and protect the service. Public groups and public Feed activity may be visible to other signed-in collectors; private and request-to-join group content is limited according to its access setting. Submit only content you have the right to share. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or other users, scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, upload private information about others, or use Stave to facilitate alcohol sales, payment requests, raffles, or other unlawful transactions.
Moderation and service changes
We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content and accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or address abuse. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here.
