Use Stave responsibly.

Age eligibility
Stave is for adults 21 and older. You must be at least 21 to create an account or use Stave's consumer features. The public website asks you to enter your date of birth to check eligibility in your browser, then affirm that you are 21 or older and agree to these Terms. Supported app releases also ask you to enter your date of birth to check eligibility and affirm that you are 21 or older and agree to these Terms. These checks are self-attestations, not identity verification or retailer age checks. Do not provide a false date of birth or use someone else's account to bypass this rule. We may restrict access if we learn an account is ineligible.
What Stave provides
Stave is an information and collection-management app for bourbon enthusiasts. It may show community reports, verified-store announcements, retailer-published inventory and prices, approved event and allocation notices, and official TTB label approvals as informational context. Where approved for that store location, a verified retailer's inventory listing may include a product link that opens the retailer's own website. If you buy through that site, the retailer handles order acceptance, payment, age and other eligibility checks, fulfillment, and applicable legal requirements. Stave displays the link but does not accept orders, process purchases or alcohol payments, sell or ship alcohol, or collect event entries. The retailer or event operator controls any external transaction or entry; a link does not guarantee that its offer or promotion is lawful. You are responsible for complying with applicable age, transportation, and alcohol laws and for confirming current bottle, store, and retailer information before acting.
Accounts and security
Keep your credentials and authentication codes private, use accurate account information, and promptly contact us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity from your account where permitted by law.
Market, store, and approval information
Prices, auction results, store information, sightings, availability, release dates, TTB label approvals, recommendations, and Fair Hunt Price estimates are informational only. They can change, may be incomplete, and are not an offer, appraisal, investment advice, legal advice, or a guaranteed resale value. A TTB label approval is not a release date or availability promise. Confirm a bottle, price, and store information yourself before acting.
Your content and community spaces
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Stave the limited right to host, process, review, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate, improve, and protect the service. Public groups and public Feed activity may be visible to other signed-in collectors; private and request-to-join group content is limited according to its access setting. Submit only content you have the right to share. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or other users, scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, upload private information about others, conduct alcohol sales, collect payments or event entries through Stave, or facilitate unlawful transactions. Consumer community spaces may not be used for commercial solicitation, raffles, or sales promotion. Verified retailers may publish informational inventory and approved store announcements through the Store Portal only under their retailer agreement and applicable law; any external transaction or event remains the retailer’s responsibility.
Moderation and service changes
We may review, remove, limit, or preserve content and accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or address abuse. Features may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here.
